Description
Another commission of ~aethergamer's Hawkfoot, but as an aratian with hawk- like markings instead of as a centaur. I have to say, it was really weird trying to adjust the previous clothing design to the completely different body type, but other than that it was really fun. I REALLY liked how the shading on the feathers came out in the pencil layer, but I'm not entirely sure if it shows up as well now that it's colored and shaded again.

I know altering the clothing may have been a bit of a challenge, but this works really well considering the subject. I can still catch the shading and it comes out nice with the light source being above him. And like I said before, his "smug" look is great here since he seems to be casually scouting the area but might be a bit tired or something. The markings really stand out and work for him awesomely even if aratians are supposed to be more uniform in their colorings.
