Blue Fire

Couldn't come up with a better name.

I've been wanting to draw Saphira for quite a while, the thought of her being just a blue dragon with ivory spikes doesn't seem to do justice to her awesomeness. Next pic I do of her, I want to do the scene of her fighting the Lethrblaka- one of my favorite scenes! (but pretty much all of Brisingr rocked) And if you look reeeeeeaaaaaaally really hard, you might even be able to find Eragon on her back! Lol, Saphira had a major growth spurt since the beginning of the story.

Anyways, apologies for the sloppy shading job. By the time I figured out what sort of coloring I liked on her I was getting tired of it and had to finish fast or I would NEVER get around to finishing it.

Saphira, Eragon, Brisingr, and the rest of the Inheritance Cycle belongs to Christopher Paolini.
